
I used to be mygan's customer in the past and was satisfied, but this time I've received a terrible service. The technician was rude, he woke me up at 6:15 am, although I asked him to come at 8am. Most importantly, they did not complete the installation as supposed. Unfortunately, only noticed it once they left and they are not willing to return and fix it. I called the company to ask for compensation, but have not received a reasonable response yet. Hopefully, they'll get back to me. The product itself is ok.
