I don't speak Hebrew but I called to Electroclick and received all necessary information about the washing machine I was interested in a perfect English. The team advised to look to the options of the other model of Electrolux and feedback in the internet. Then I decided to purchase the model that they adviced, not that I inititally addressed with. I wanted to make a gift to my mother who was away at vacation and only 4 days left before she come back, including days-off like Friday and Saturday. Thus, we agreed that I am ordering the item, it was on Wednesday. Next day, on Thursday I received the washing machine safely. On Friday morning came technician and helped to install it properly. So, the arrangement of my purchase within desirable time and price was made also perfectly. I am very grateful for the assisstance of the ElectroClick team and especially to Ozzie (sorry if I spell the name wrong), who succesfully managed everything that I wished.
