אני מבקש סליחה שאני כותב באנגלית. העברית שלי לא כל כך טוב. עם צריכים עזרה להבין אותי, אפשר להתקשר אלי. I am the type of person who never writes reviews, good or bad, however, I recently made a purchase that I must share with my fellow Israeli. My wife and I did a bit of internet investigation to find the right fridge for us. On Thursday before Shavuot I went on a site called BetterShop and placed a bid on the fridge. I didn’t get it. Within a half an hour a rep from BetterShop called me up and told me what the minimum bid price was. The price seemed fair but I still had a bunch of questions about the fridge and delivery. The rep called me back several times very quickly to answer all my concerns, but right before closing the deal, I asked her to help me pick out a new washer and dryer. She helped me find the best machines within my budget. I closed the deal on these 3 machines. My credit card only went through the next day on Friday. My BetterShop rep called me back on Monday (after Shavuot) and scheduled delivery to my house on Wednesday and a technician came to hook up all these things on Thursday the day after. Delivery was free and delivered in 2 working days from purchase, and delivered to my house in the settlement of Maale Michmash. (Less than a week, free delivery to a “west bank” “over the green line” SETTLEMENT). I went on line today to see if I could find the three machines I bought cheaper. None of the machines were advertised anywhere cheaper than the price I paid. In the 20 years I’ve lived in Israel I have never had such pleasant and efficient service as I had with BetterShop!
